Data, purposes and legal bases

We may process identification and contact data, delivery and billing addresses, order data, communications, technical device information and privacy preferences in order to:

• manage purchases, payments, shipping, returns and after-sales service, on the basis of contract performance;
• comply with accounting, tax, consumer protection, fraud prevention and other legal obligations;
• respond to enquiries and protect the security of the store, on the basis of legitimate interest where applicable;
• send marketing communications only where there is consent or another valid legal basis, with an unsubscribe option available at all times;
• measure, improve or personalise the experience only where the required legal basis and consent apply.

We do not directly request full payment details: these are processed by the payment providers enabled in Shopify.

Shopify, providers and recipients

The store operates using Shopify. Shopify and its providers may process data to host the store, provide commercial functions, process payments, prevent fraud and maintain security.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled; this feature may use data across merchants to provide and improve personalised services with the applicable legal basis and consent. Shopify may act as a processor, controller or joint controller depending on the specific function. Please consult Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and its Privacy Portal.

Data may also be received by carriers, payment providers, professional advisers, hosting, security and email services, or public authorities where there is a legal obligation.

As of 18 September 2026, no third-party marketing applications or advertising pixels are installed. This policy will be updated before they are activated.

International transfers and retention

Shopify and other providers may process data outside Andorra or the European Economic Area. Where required, recognised safeguards will be used, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures.

We will retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for the statutory periods applicable to liability, accounting and tax obligations. Marketing communications will be retained until consent is withdrawn or an objection is made.

Rights and complaints

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without retroactive effect, by writing to sales@nereaaixas.store. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.

You may lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) and, where applicable, with the authority in your country of residence.

Andorran data protection law applies and, for processing linked to an offer directed at residents of the European Union, the GDPR applies.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies for browsing, security, the cart, payment, preferences and language. Non-essential cookies must not be installed before valid consent is obtained in Andorra and the European Union.

The banner allows you to accept, reject and manage preferences. Consent can be changed through the permanent privacy preferences link. Shopify maintains up-to-date information on its platform cookies in its privacy documentation.

If analytics, personalisation or advertising tools are added, we will update this policy and the consent manager before using them.

Minors and changes

The store is not knowingly directed at minors without legal capacity to enter into contracts. This policy may be updated when processing activities, providers or legal requirements change; the date of the latest version will be indicated.
