Owner and purpose
These terms govern the purchase of products on nereaaixas.store, the store of NEREA AIXÀS S.L., NRT F038630Y, C/ Antic Camí Ral, bajos, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principality of Andorra.

Before completing an order, you can review the product, variants, price, applicable taxes, shipping costs and total amount. By confirming the order, you accept these terms.
Pieces, availability and contract
The images reproduce each piece as faithfully as possible. As these are author pieces and handmade work, there may be minor variations in texture, finish or colour that do not affect the quality or identity of the piece.
Products shown as available are in stock unless there is an inventory error. Automatic receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance where there is an obvious pricing error, inability to collect payment, fraud or an unexpected lack of stock. In such cases, we will inform you and fully refund any amount charged.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Before payment, Shopify displays the product price, any taxes to be collected, shipping costs and the total amount. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The order is prepared once payment has been authorised.
International orders may be subject to import VAT, duties or carrier handling charges. Unless the payment expressly states that these charges are included or prepaid, they are payable by the recipient. This clause does not remove the tax obligations legally applicable to NEREA AIXÀS S.L.
Shipping, returns and guarantee

For standard products, there is a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a piece has a lack of conformity, we will bear the necessary costs and, as legally appropriate, offer repair or replacement. Where these are not possible or proportionate, we will offer a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The minimum legal guarantee is two years in Andorra; three years in Spain and Portugal; two years in France; and at least two years in the rest of the European Union, without prejudice to any broader mandatory protections in the country of residence.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, impacts, improper use, exposure to chemicals or work performed by third parties.
Intellectual property
The pieces, collection names, photographs, texts, designs and other content belong to Nerea Aixàs or are used with permission. Purchasing a piece does not transfer any right to reproduce, transform or exploit the design.
Applicable law and complaints
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the law applicable in the Principality of Andorra, without depriving consumers of the mandatory rules applicable in their country of residence where the store directs its activity there.
Complaints may be sent to sales@nereaaixas.store. The former European ODR platform, which has now been discontinued, is not used.
