Preparation

Orders for in-stock products are usually prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 to 72 business hours after payment is confirmed. This is a preparation period, not a delivery period.

The United Kingdom and destinations outside Andorra and the European Union are not available during the launch period. The applicable zone and final cost are calculated from the address entered at checkout.

Delivery, customs and incidents

Transit time depends on the destination and may vary due to public holidays, customs, carrier incidents or force majeure. Where the service allows it, we will send tracking information. If there is a significant delay, we will contact the customer.

International orders may be subject to import VAT, duties or handling charges. Unless the payment expressly states that these charges are included or prepaid, they are payable by the recipient, without prejudice to the tax obligations legally applicable to NEREA AIXÀS S.L.

The customer must provide a complete and accessible address. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated absence or unjustified refusal, the direct return cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law and where this has been communicated in advance.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and contact sales@nereaaixas.store as soon as possible, including the order number. The absence of photographs does not limit your statutory rights.
