We are committed to offering products of the highest quality and of an exclusive design. If you are not satisfied, you can return them within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. For this purpose, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of the reasons. The products must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, the customer must pay the direct cost of the return (transport, delivery). Although we work to the highest standards, there may be slight variations in the product characteristics due to the type of material used in their manufacture, which do in fact contribute to the unique appearance of the product and will not be considered defects.

We shall carry out the refund (less the initial transport cost) using the same payment method that you used in the initial purchase transaction. This refund will be made within 48 hours of receiving the purchased products or items. Your bank may take up to 7 days to show the amount in your account.
