Orders are prepared and shipped within 4 days of confirmation (those received between 17:00 GMT+1 on Saturday and Monday will be considered to be received on Tuesday after 09:00 GMT+1). Shipping may vary depending on the timetables of the transport companies. In any case, you will receive an email with the estimated time of delivery and tracking number so you can track the package, and to contact the delivery company in the event that the delivery could not be made.

The shipping address should be somewhere that you are available in office hours, so your work address may be appropriate. We undertake to provide the best shipping option, but we cannot be liable for any shipping delays for this reason, or for shipping companies being overloaded on key dates such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc. The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.

The items are shipped in their packaging (an ideal option for gifts) and specially protected for the transport process. Although we take extreme care, sometimes damage may occur in the process, in which case you should report the incident by email to sales@nereaaixas.store so we can take any appropriate measures.

For reasons of security, we do not ship to mailbox addresses. Sometimes shipping to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which will be the buyer’s responsibility.

If, for logistical reasons, delivery cannot be made in the requested country, we will contact the customer to discuss an alternative or cancel the order.

We are committed to offering products of the highest quality and of an exclusive design. If you are not satisfied, you can return them within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. For this purpose, you must send an email to nereaaixasstore@gmail.com with a brief explanation of the reasons. The products must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, the customer must pay the direct cost of the return (transport, delivery). Although we work to the highest standards, there may be slight variations in the product characteristics due to the type of material used in their manufacture, which do in fact contribute to the unique appearance of the product and will not be considered defects.

We shall carry out the refund (less the initial transport cost) using the same payment method that you used in the initial purchase transaction. This refund will be made within 48 hours of receiving the purchased products or items. Your bank may take up to 7 days to show the amount in your account.
